We are now looking for a talented Human Resources Officer (Talent acquisition operations) to be part of our dynamic team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, the incumbent will be leading the operational support function to the talent acquisition team while providing hands on support as well. The TA Operations function is responsible for working closely with TA specialists to deliver a world class hiring and onboarding experience to our candidates, while maintaining an accurate and up-to-date HR information in our HR systems. The job duties will also include pre-employment verification and assisting in handling invoices and payment accounts.

More experienced candidates may be considered as Senior Human Resources Officer.

• Deliver operational support to the talent acquisition specialists. Responsibilities Include but not limited to: advert postings, interviews scheduling, contract generations, onboarding arrangements, and maintenance of HR records and filing
• Lead the centre of excellence (COE) of talent acquisition operations with knowledge of best practise

• Model a brand enhancing high standard customer service and professionalism when interacting with candidates and internal stakeholders through all recruitment cycle touchpoints

• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge, providing guidance whilst leading by example

• Assist in development and implementation of policies, procedures and processes for the talent acquisition operations COE team

• Conduct pre-employment verifications
• Assist in the settlement of purchasing agreements and orders as required

• High Diploma holder or University graduates, preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources or related discipline.
• Ideally with 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition operation function gained from sizable firm(s)
• Proactive, responsible and detail-minded individuals who is a also a strong team player
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good PC skills on MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Experience with ATS an added advantage
• Experience using Talent Link an added advantage
• A self-driven go-getter who is result oriented and powers through tough situations
• Strong partnership-building and collaboration skills; able to work with others to meet shared objectives
• Achieves results, even under tough circumstances
