Sales Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Digital Sales Team to provide sales support including sales proposals, presentations, tenders, and other related documents
• Support the preparation of key account plans and presentation decks for regular progress meetings with global and local management teams
• Conduct desktop research into markets, segments, key accounts, competitors, and other related topics and report key findings and insights to management
• Keep track of the progress of sales opportunities and projects registered in IT systems and prepare regular reporting to management
• Support project execution to meet key milestones and completion dates; If necessary, conduct minor site survey and inspections, to collect onsite data, info, and photos
• Arrange visits, meetings, workshops, and other activities to engage key accounts to build and keep strong rapport
• Arrange and attend internal meetings and prepare minutes to register follow-up actions for different teams to proceed further steps
• Prepare internal documents for obtaining necessary approvals from management throughout the sales cycle
• Provide secretarial support on admin, logistics, and documentary work for the business unit to facilitate efficient operation

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree holder, in Engineering, Building Services or related disciplines is a plus
• With at least 2 years sales administration working experience in technology industry will be an advantage
• Passionate about digital technologies, innovation, and sustainability
• Independent, self-motivated, high sense of responsibility
• Good communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Proficient in PC applications including Microsoft Office
