Property Officer

Your Role

  • Negotiate the most favourable rate and terms on site lease renewal
  • Assist in acquiring radio base station sites and repeater sites
  • Main interface with the relevant parties including site owners, engineers and site technical supervisors for the smooth installation and commissioning of cell sites

To Succeed in the Role

  • Degree holder in any disciplines
  • 2 years of working experience (property leasing experience is preferable)
  • Self-motivated, good negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Candidate with less experience would also be considered

Work Location: Hong Kong
