Assistant Property Officer - Taikoo Place

We are now looking for a talented Assistant Property Officer to be part of our dynamic team. Reporting to the Manager, Portfolio, you are responsible for providing clerical and administrative support for the leasing and management activities at Taikoo Place. Major duties include assisting leasing and tenancy administration, preparing documentation for tenancy and property management matters, managing car park operations, overseeing leasing data system, and providing support to the team.

• Post-secondary or tertiary education preferred
• Minimum 2 years’ clerical and/or administrative experience, preferably in leasing or property-related industry
• Excellent communicator who can clearly and effectively communicate to diverse groups of audiences
• Active learner who finds learnings from experimentation and both successes and failures
• Able to work independently, under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good PC skills on MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
