ROLE PURPOSE- SUMMARY

As Digital Strategy & Operations Lead, you will be the key contributor in HK SK-II media, CRM and user operation related project, driving business growth and success via strong planning and execution with data-driven approach to achieve optimization.
YOUR ROLE
SK-II HK overall CRM and user operation (Whatsapp BC 1-1, C360)
- Responsible for compiling and drawing insights from data, user data reporting and business results (across Whatsapp BC 1-1, brand.com, media behind C360)
- Propose user operation recommendation, action plans or identify opportunities with media/ omnichat agency and channels
- Partner with brand and sales team, leverage C360 to uplift the data integration for advanced user operation cross brand campaign idea and content
- Manage campaign execution and timeline (e.g., material submission, content creation, copy writing)
- Agency governance on timely report, review process, data accuracy and capability enabling
SK-II HK Ecom site and Brand.com (Forewide site set-up)
- Responsible for execution including set-up of Forewide e-retailer site, partner with global design on asset creation, Forewide and sales team in support
- Manage Ecom site campaign execution and timeline (e.g., material submission, content creation, copy writing)
Brand & performance marketing project execution
- Summarize media operation process, tactic, material guidance, touchpoint principle and best practice
- Marketing collaterals development and execution (online & offline)
- Support brand team with sales team in consolidating trade activities in adaptation to online and offline marketing materials
Marketing project operations and stewardship processes
- New media solution and pilot management and execution with different parties (e.g., media agency, vendor, channels and brand team)
- Connect with external parties to download latest market trends, media solution and inspirational cases
- Manage local market media operations processes (e.g. media annual PO, media savings)
- Assist in media-related stewardship processes (e.g. quarterly sample checks, annual CSA)

Qualification Required:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing/ media in the FMCG/consumer goods industry or related service industries.
- Proven experience in managing media plan, e-commerce digital plans
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of delivering outstanding results, exceeding targets, and a strong focus on governance and productivity.
- Strong collaborative skills, agility and sense of responsibility, with analytical thinking, and a passion for driving productivity.
- High emotional intelligence and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile, and demanding environment.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
