About our role

We are now looking for a talented Accounts Officer to be part of our dynamic team. Reporting to the Accountant, the incumbent will be responsible for handling issuance of debit note/reminder of management fee, update accounting record of accounting receivables. He / she is also responsible to handle enquiries related to management fee from residents.

Together with creativity, integrity and passion, our ideal staff should be / have
  • DSE or above passed with English and Mathematics, holder of LCC 2nd level or above
  • Minimum 1 year accounting experience, preferably in property management / financial statements & reports
  • Achieves results, even under tough circumstances
  • Develops and delivers communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences
  • Ability to rebound from setbacks and adversity when facing difficult situations
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese, Putonghua is an advantage
  • Good PC skills on MS Office, familiar with Chinese typing is an advantage
  • Willing to work under pressure and can meet tight deadline
  • Work on Saturdays one to two times per month (8:30am – 12:30pm) with overtime payment
