工作職責

  • 協助校務處一般職務︰接聽電話查詢、接待家長及處理新生報名
  • 處理校務處日常文書工作、處理電腦資料及記錄、文件存檔
  • 處理學校日常收支（學費、日常開支等)及紀錄
  • 協助處理採購報價事宜
  • 協助校長指派的工作


所需學歷：

  • 中學畢業或以上程度；
  • 具有良好中、英文電腦操作能力(包括MSWord、Excel、PowerPoint及網頁更新) ；
  • 能操良好的廣東話、英語及普通話；
  • 做事有條理、細心、有責任感、良好溝通技巧並能獨立完成工作；
  • 具有學校文書經驗優先考慮；
  • 因應「性罪行定罪記錄查核」機制已經實施，本園要求有關職位的准僱員進行性罪行定罪記錄查核的申請 。
