Assistant Shopping Centre Officer (Ref: 240000U8)

Responsibilities

  • Organise, monitor and handle all activities related to the management of the new or existing shopping mall managed by the Corporation
  • Carry out day-to-day administration and supervision of operational and management services, including customer service, cleaning, security and maintenance
  • Support promotion activities for the shopping malls and provide general administrative support

Requirements

  • Grade E / Level 2 / “Attained” or above in 5 subjects of HKCEE / HKDSE or equivalent, including English and Chinese Languages
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience, preferably in property management or customer service
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office software applications


Remarks

  • Required to wear uniforms and perform duties on irregular patterns of hours
  • Fresh graduates with potential will also be considered
  • The above position offers a Joining Bonus of $12,000, subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant programme
