Job Summary:
People Insight & Innovation helps the company by using data to guide decision-making and aligning HR activities with the companys needs, leading to improvements and higher success. The team is also responsible for creating solutions to perform descriptive, visual, and statistical analyses of data on HR processes, human capital, organizational performance, and external benchmarks which ensures a reliable and accurate data landscape and provides respective parties access to relevant data. Furthermore, the team monitors key metrics like headcount movements, attrition and staff costs and connects them to the strategic goals of HKEX. Job Duties: Reponsibilities:
- Analyze, design, develop and deliver Workday HCM reports, dashboards, scorecards, KPIs and key metrics in all topics along the HR lifecycle.
- Define, implement and maintain calculated fields.
- Work closely with internal customers to gather requirements and define reporting and analytics solutions.
- Define and implement governance and documentation framework for Workday reports and calculated field.
- Bring Workday HR Reporting & Analytics capabilities with innovative solutions and automation to the next level.
- Continuously follow Workday community and learn about updates and new releases.
- Share knowledge within the team and train internal consumers in the context of Workday reporting and analytics.
- Strong knowledge of the Workday core HCM module (certification would be a plus).
- Advanced knowledge of Workday Report Writer (certification would be a plus).
- Experienced with all Workday report types (Advanced, Composite, Matrix, nBox, Search, Transposed, Trending) and functionalities offered.
- Experienced with advanced Workday reporting capabilities such as Dashboards and Discovery Boards.
- Experienced with Data Visualization including PowerBI and Tableau.
- Good command of English. Mandarin and Cantonese are optional.
- Proficient in computer software applications including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- General HR experience and data science skills preferable.
- Data science skills preferable.
- Excellent organization and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Customer/client focused.
- Fast thinker with can-do attitude
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Associate
